2. Scope of application

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to the sale of all services offered by www.marsapattes.com

The Mars' à Pattes team reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions of sale at any time, subject to these modifications being posted on the www.marsapattes.com website.

3. Availability, order and follow-up

Reservations are made by email or by phone.

Mars' à Pattes undertakes to propose by email to the customer a confirmation of availability, a proposal for a date and a detailed estimate within a maximum of 72 hours for guided tours of the catalogue.

For Holiday Planner and Newcomers services, it is strongly recommended to contact us at least one week before the service is provided. Mars' à Pattes can also provide you with a list of available accommodations. In this case, please note that in high season it is preferable to contact us as soon as possible.

Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products and services available for sale.

The order of a service implies the acceptance without reserve and its full and complete adherence to these general conditions of sale which prevail over any other document.

 

 

4. Tariffs

The prices of visits on the www.marsapattes.com website are expressed in euros, net and not subject to VAT.

Mars' à Pattes reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, Mars' à Pattes undertakes to respect the rates in force at the time of booking confirmation.

 

The prices indicated in the Mars' à Pattes website do not include the following costs :

- transport

- catering and refreshment

- personal purchases

- activities

- accommodation

 

 

Mars' à Pattes checks the availability of the services offered by its partners free of charge.

The services are to be paid directly to them.

 

 

Mars' à Pattes reserves the right to verify the age of the children by requesting an identity document.

 

5. Payment conditions

The reservation of the service is definitive as soon as the quotation is returned dated and signed with the mention "Good for agreement" and accompanied by a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the order for the guided tours of the catalogue.

The deposit will be 50% for Tailor-made tours, groups and companies services. The deposit will be paid by bank transfer.

The balance is to be paid in cash on the day of the service for guided tours in the catalogue. Please note that Mars' à Pattes does not accept cheques.

Once the payment of the deposit has been made, a booking confirmation will then be sent by email or post to the client.

The reservation of services will only be considered as definitive after receipt of the payment of the deposit by the client.

Mars' à Pattes will not be required to provide the services ordered by the client if the payment of the deposit has not been previously paid in full in accordance with the conditions indicated above.

 

 

6. Conditions and fees in case of cancellation

The cancellation of a tour, by a guide of Mars' à Pattes or the client, after the confirmation of reservation is subject to the following provisions.

 

 

6.1 Cancellation due to Mars' à Pattes

Mars’ à Pattes undertakes to be present at the date, time and place of appointment specified at the time of booking.

In the event of force majeure or exceptional events not attributable to Mars' à Pattes and not allowing us to provide the tour or service, an alternative solution will then be proposed to you.    Its non-acceptance shall not result in the reimbursement of the tour or service.

In case of cancellation due to Mars' à Pattes, a new date will be proposed. In the event of non-acceptance, the deposit already paid will be returned in accordance with Article 1590 of the Civil Code.

Outdoor visits, tours and services are also possible in rainy weather.

 

 

6.2 Cancellation by the client

Any order cancelled by the client before the day of the service (including weekends and public holidays) will give rise to penalties invoiced according to the following conditions:

 

 

In accordance with article L. 121-20 of the Consumer Code, "the consumer has a period of fourteen clear days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify his reasons or pay penalties". The time limit mentioned shall run from the acceptance of the offer. The client’s withdrawal must be the subject of a written request made to marsapattes@gmail.com. The deposit paid will be fully refunded.

 

Less than 2 weeks before the start of the service: cancellation without refund of the deposit paid in accordance with Article 1590 of the Civil Code.

 

The client must ensure that he/she is at the meeting place 10 to 15 minutes before the start of the visit in order to proceed with the payment.

In the event that the client does not show up at the scheduled time of the visit on the day of the tour, visit or service, the visit will be cancelled without refund of the deposit already paid after a tolerated period of 20 minutes.

 

7. Liability and warranty

Mars' à Pattes is in no way responsible for any incidents or accidents that may occur during a visit, walk, tour or service as well as the theft and loss of personal belongings. It is strongly recommended that the client be covered by a Civil Liability or Travel Insurance.

Mars' à Pattes is not responsible for the deficiencies of the partners and service providers it advises its clients.
